  The Company, located in Amsterdam (and in Corzano - BS in Italy) started in 2014 and is an ambitious and entrepreneurial organization that focuses on creating value for the group by designing, producing, storing and shipping prefabricated building elements for apartments and hotels for other Company entities in Europe.

  
  Posizione

  As Quality Controller you will be part of the Supply Division of our client based in Amsterdam (Netherlands), where the focus lies on supporting the rest of the Group with the necessary prefabricating building elements and procurement packages. In your role you will join a small team located in Corzano and Amsterdam. Together the focus should be on process standardization, supplier and contract management, and product and value improvement, hereby using our resources in the best possible way.

  The job mainly consists of the following activities:

  ·Quality control of incoming materials from all different suppliers and outgoing prefabricated building elements to all different company entities;

  ·The factory is run by a partner company on our behalf; in your role you will have to work together and monitor the different departments involved impacting the quality of the end product coming from the factory; i.e. procurement, production, and quality management;

  ·Manage quality input coming from the different company project sites, local teams, etc. and address and implement improvement within Company Factory;

  ·Support with quality document management and the drafting of i.e. ESG and sustainability reports, etc.;

  ·Reports to Head of Supply.

  
  
  Requisiti

  We are looking for a pragmatic, enterprising professional who possesses the drive to manage, coordinate and control all quality processes in such a way we can run the factory as efficiently as possible. Preference will be given to a professional with a number of years of experience in previous job(s) and with knowledge of/a background in construction and/or factory-related quality processes. We are seeking for a professional who is looking for a role with an international character within a growing and learning organization. Someone who is open to other cultures, not afraid to make new contacts and manage the different stakeholders part of the quality process.

  You can be characterized as:

  -A good communicator, both verbally and in writing (both Italian and English);

  -Direct, but in a collaborative way with all involved stakeholders

  -An independent professional that focuses on cooperation;

  -Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn;

  -Accurate and clear; attention to detail is crucial;

  -Honest and integer;

  -A strong organizer;

  -Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

  
  OFFER

  ·Salary agreed based on experience. Basic salary 45/55k
